For an upgrade to better suited for Photoshop editing, I have purchased this NEC along with a Dell U2410 which cost about 65% of this unit. I was using Dell Ultra-sharp for years. I was skeptical at first how the NEC would top the Dell after reading many reviews. The verdict, Dell went back for refund and NEC is the winner / survivor. My initial reaction of this monitor is that it is heavy, thick, and a bit clumsy - compared to Dell. It shines and totally out-performed the Dell after a few hours of run-in.
